Our core team is based in Utah. We were originally founded in Florida in 2004 and maintain a strong presence there. We also have significant experience with European markets, particularly Austria and Germany.

allhoa™ is our purpose-built HOA management platform — developed by GloBiz and available to all clients. It handles community operations, owner portals, violations, inspections, budgeting, reserve studies, and full accounting. It's available at allhoa.com.
What is allboox™?
allboox™ is our professional accounting and CRM platform — double-entry accounting, automated bank reconciliation, integrated CRM, invoicing, and multi-entity support. It's the accounting core that powers allhoa™ and is also available standalone at allboox.com.
What is your international experience?
We have deep expertise in European real estate markets, especially Austria and Germany. We assist clients with cross-border business setup, EU market entry, international compliance, and property acquisition in German-speaking countries.
